A deposit will be taken at time of booking which will be deducted from treatment price on attending appointment.
If less than 48 hours notice is given the deposit will be taken to cover the clinics costs of missed appointments. No local discounts will be applied following a missed appointment.
By booking and paying the deposit agreement of these terms is accepted.
